We strongly encourage anyone seeking a more affordable way to attend Convention to apply to serve as a volunteer. Volunteers will receive a complimentary Convention registration in exchange for working two 3-hour shifts. The application form for Convention volunteers will open in June 2024.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK
The official, discounted room block at the Loews is now accepting reservations. BOOK NOW as the room block will sell out. The group discount is in effect until August 12, 2024.

SESSION PROPOSALS
A big thank you to all those who submitted proposals - we received a record number this year! The planning committee is currently in the process of reviewing and selecting sessions. All those who submitted proposals will be notified in late April/early May. Thank you for your patience!
